Telenor Pakistan prepaid customers can check their balance using USSD codes, the My Telenor app, or the Telenor self-care web portal. USSD codes are the fastest method and work on any phone without an internet connection.
Telenor has dedicated codes for main balance, data balance, call packages, and special offers.

How to check your Telenor balance
- Open your phone dialer.
- Dial *444# for main balance or *444*2# for data balance.
- Press the call button and wait for the USSD response.
- Your balance or data allowance will display automatically on screen.

The My Telenor app (available on Android and iOS) provides a complete account management experience: real-time balance display, data usage graph, package subscription, and instant top-up via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer.
Data balance vs account balance
Telenor separates your account balance (main prepaid credit in PKR) from your data balance (remaining MB/GB in your active data plan). Use *444# for account balance and *444*2# for data balance.
Balance sharing
Telenor offers a balance share service allowing you to transfer credit to other Telenor numbers. Dial *444# and select the balance transfer option, or use the My Telenor app for a simpler interface. A service fee may apply.
Troubleshooting
- If USSD codes do not respond, ensure you are on the Telenor network (check the carrier name on your screen).
- Roaming: USSD codes may not be available outside Pakistan. Use the My Telenor app over WiFi instead.
- If you recently recharged, wait up to 30 minutes for the balance to update before checking.
