Xfinity Mobile runs on Verizon
Xfinity Mobile is Comcast's MVNO operating on Verizon's network. The primary APN is vzwinternet, the same as Verizon postpaid.

Some Xfinity Mobile users report MMS only works when the APN type includes mms. Separate the MMS proxy if your phone does not deliver picture messages.

Setup steps
- Open Settings and go to Mobile Network / Cellular.
- Find Access Point Names and create a new profile.
- Set APN to vzwinternet. Leave username and password blank.
- Set MMS fields if picture messages do not send.
- Save, select the profile, disable WiFi and toggle airplane mode.
- Test data in a browser, then test MMS.

Xfinity Mobile provisions APN settings automatically when you insert the SIM. Manual changes are only needed if data or MMS stops working after a phone change or software update.
Android path
Settings ? Network & Internet ? SIMs ? Access Point Names. Add a new profile. Set APN to vzwinternet. For MMS, add mms to the APN type and set the MMSC to http://mms.cfwap.com/mmc/wapenc.
iPhone path
Settings ? Cellular ? Cellular Data Network. Enter vzwinternet under APN. Enter MMS settings under the MMS section in the same screen.
MMS troubleshooting
If picture messages do not send, create a separate MMS profile with APN vzwinternet and APN type set to mms only, or use the cfwap MMSC shown in the table above.
