Telus uses isp.telus.com for all plans
Telus provides APN settings automatically on carrier-branded phones. If you are using an unlocked device or switched from another carrier, you may need to enter the APN manually.
The standard APN for Telus is isp.telus.com. No username or password is required. The same APN also works for Koodo and Public Mobile (Telus MVNOs).

Setup steps
- Open Settings ? Mobile Network ? Access Point Names.
- Create a new APN profile.
- Set APN to isp.telus.com. Leave username and password blank.
- Set MMS fields if picture messages do not send.
- Save, select the profile, disable WiFi and toggle airplane mode.
- Test data in a browser first.

Telus Canada APN basics
Telus Canada uses isp.telus.com as the APN for all postpaid and prepaid plans. The same APN works for Telus, Koodo, and Public Mobile since all three run on the same network.
Android path
Settings ? Network & Internet ? SIMs ? Access Point Names. Create a new profile with APN isp.telus.com.
iPhone path
Settings ? Cellular ? Cellular Data Network. Enter isp.telus.com under APN. MMS settings are on the same screen.
MMS setup
Set MMSC to http://mms.telus.com/mms/wapenc and MMS proxy to mms.telus.com on port 80.
5G support
Telus offers 5G on compatible plans and phones. The same isp.telus.com APN handles LTE and 5G.

- Toggle airplane mode for 10 seconds after saving the APN.
- Test with WiFi off to confirm mobile data works.
