Freedom Mobile uses internet.freedommobile.ca
Freedom Mobile (formerly Wind Mobile) operates its own network in Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Manitoba, with nationwide coverage through roaming agreements.
The standard APN is internet.freedommobile.ca. No username or password is required. Unlocked phones may need manual configuration.

Freedom Mobile LTE uses bands B4 (AWS-1) and B7 (2600). Nationwide roaming uses partner networks with separate APN profiles if needed.

- Open Settings ? Mobile Network ? Access Point Names.
- Create a new APN profile.
- Set APN to internet.freedommobile.ca.
- Leave username and password blank.
- Save, select the profile, disable WiFi and toggle airplane mode.
- Test data in a browser first.

Freedom Mobile provides APN settings automatically on Freedom-branded phones. Unlocked phones from other carriers need the APN entered manually.
Android path
Settings ? Network & Internet ? SIMs ? Access Point Names. Create a new profile with APN internet.freedommobile.ca.
iPhone path
Settings ? Cellular ? Cellular Data Network. Enter internet.freedommobile.ca under APN.
MMS setup
Set MMSC to http://mms.freedommobile.ca/wapenc. Freedom does not require an MMS proxy.
Nationwide roaming
When outside Freedom's home network (Ontario, BC, Alberta, Manitoba), the phone roams on partner networks. Data should work with the same APN. If you have issues while roaming, check your plan includes nationwide data.
