Maxis offers multiple ways to check your balance depending on your plan type. Hotlink prepaid customers use *100# for main balance and data checks. Postpaid and fibre customers use the MyMaxis app or the Maxis self-care web portal.
USSD codes work without internet and are free to dial on the Maxis network.

Troubleshooting
- If *100# does not work, ensure you are on the Maxis network and have sufficient signal.
- Roaming: USSD may not be available abroad. Use the MyMaxis app over WiFi instead.
- If you recently switched to Hotlink, wait up to 24 hours for USSD services to activate.
