STC offers separate USSD codes for Sawa prepaid and postpaid customers. The MySTC app provides a unified dashboard for all account types including data, voice, and SMS balances.
USSD codes work on any phone without mobile data and are free to dial on the STC network.

- For MySTC app: download, register with your STC number using OTP, and view the dashboard.

Credit transfer (Sawa)
You can transfer credit between STC Sawa numbers by dialing *177# and following the menu. A small service fee applies.
Troubleshooting
- Ensure your phone is connected to the STC network for USSD codes to work.
- Roaming customers: USSD may not work abroad. Use the MySTC app instead.
