Single APN for most GTA plans
GTA TeleGuam (now part of DOCOMO Pacific) uses gta.apn as the standard APN for prepaid and postpaid mobile data. Most phones connect with just this APN value and blank username and password.
If gta.apn does not work, try internet as a secondary APN. MMS requires a separate profile with the values listed below.

MMS values are for GTA Guam only. If MMS does not work on iPhone, ensure the same APN (gta.apn) is entered in both Cellular Data and MMS fields.
Setup
Setup steps
- Open the mobile network settings and find Access Point Names or Cellular Data Network.
- Create a new profile with APN set to gta.apn.
- Leave username and password blank.
- Save the profile, select it, then disable WiFi for the test.
- Toggle airplane mode for ten seconds and open a browser.
- If data works but MMS does not, add a separate MMS profile using the table above.

Before changing the APN
Use this page when a GTA TeleGuam SIM is active but mobile data does not browse, apps stay offline, or MMS will not send or receive. Start with gta.apn as the only change.
GTA prepaid vs postpaid
Both GTA prepaid and postpaid plans use the same APN: gta.apn. No username or password is required for either plan type. If you have a data-only SIM (tablet or hotspot), the APN is also gta.apn.
MMS setup
For MMS on Android, create a second APN profile with the same gta.apn value but set APN type to mms and enter the MMSC, MMS proxy, and MMS port from the table above. On iPhone, enter the MMSC, MMS proxy, and MMS port in the MMS section of Cellular Data Network settings using the same APN gta.apn.
Android setup path
Open Settings, Network and Internet, SIMs, Access Point Names. If a GTA profile exists, compare its APN value before adding a duplicate. Save from the three-dot menu, select the new profile, then test.
iPhone setup path
Open Settings, Cellular or Mobile Data, Cellular Data Network. Enter gta.apn in both Cellular Data and MMS fields. Leave username and password blank. If the menu is hidden, check for carrier settings updates from Settings, General, About.
Testing
After saving, toggle airplane mode for ten seconds, disable WiFi, and open a web page. For MMS, send a photo to yourself or another GTA user. If MMS fails, confirm the MMSC, proxy, and port values are entered exactly as shown.
Troubleshooting
- Confirm the GTA SIM is selected as the data line on dual-SIM phones.
- Check that your prepaid balance or postpaid plan includes data.
- Roaming: GTA may require a different APN when roaming on partner networks in the CNMI or Philippines. Check with GTA support before traveling.

- Try internet as an alternative APN if gta.apn does not work.
- Test outside or near a window to rule out weak signal.
